This workflow typically utilizes a dedicated plugin or extension—such as Roam-Highlighter—to format highlights for specific tools like Obsidian^[200-ob-plugin-roam-highlighter.md]. The process involves selecting text on a webpage and cutting or copying it to the clipboard, allowing for the rapid compilation of multiple excerpts before pasting them into the target application^[200-ob-plugin-roam-highlighter.md].
