Web-to-notes integration¶
Web-to-notes integration refers to the use of software plugins and workflows designed to seamlessly transfer content from web browsers into note-taking applications like Obsidian. This process streamlines the capture of online information, allowing users to convert highlights or full pages into structured notes without breaking their reading flow^[200-學習OB__plugin__Roam-Highlighter.md].
Workflow¶
A typical integration workflow involves the following steps^[200-學習OB__plugin__Roam-Highlighter.md]:
- Activate the tool: A keyboard shortcut is used to enter the capture mode within the browser.
- Capture content: The user selects desired text or pages.
- Transfer to notes: The captured content is automatically formatted and pasted into the note-taking application using a specific paste command.
This method allows for the rapid assembly of source material from the web for further processing using techniques such as the [[HQ&A 筆記法]] or the Atomic note principle.
