Personal knowledge management (PKM)¶
Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) refers to the collection of processes that a person uses to gather, classify, store, search, retrieve, and share knowledge for their own use and the benefit of others^[index.md].
While specific methodologies can vary, PKM often intersects with productivity techniques. It is closely related to the concept of [[流程化筆記]], which involves documenting workflows to ensure no steps are missed and to make task execution more efficient^[300-閱讀筆記__筆記法.md]. Additionally, it supports learning strategies such as the 20/80 learning principle, which emphasizes prioritizing the core 20% of a technology that delivers 80% of the practical value^[600-developer__tools__quickly-learn-a-new-technology.md].
